Description : This six-week class teaches safe modifications to Yoga and Pilates for women with uncomplicated pregnancies who are in their first, second, and third trimesters. One Stroke Painting

It is an attractive, less structured style that lends itself to freehand painting. Results are fast and you don't need to trace a pattern. Community Adult Learning has a digital camera you can use to take pictures of your hot spot.
