Description : This six-week class teaches safe modifications to Yoga and Pilates for women with uncomplicated pregnancies who are in their first, second, and third trimesters. Living With Stroke

We will use videos and informal discussions to share and gather ideas about dealing with the effects of stroke. Eight separate topics will be discussed in a group format. Description : Chaos rules when the unthinkable happens and the Herdman children take over the main roles for the Church's Christmas Pageant. It apears as though everything is heading for disaster, but in the end, the miraculous happens, and it turns out to be "the best pageant ever".
